with a minimum of 7 nights.

the price is for an occupancy of maximum 8 persons includes bed linen (extra persons up to a maximum of 12 persons in the house, costs 20 euros per person extra), towels, wifi, gas and water.
Not included: final cleaning costs of 150 euros per booking
and electricity consumption of 0.35 euros per kWh Both will be settled with the refund of the deposit. Excl. breakfast and deposit of €1000 will be added to the booking.
All our bedrooms are located on the first floor and can be accessed via a fixed staircase.
